Warts Hands Fingers

What are these small bumps all over my hands?
They can disappear sometimes or are hardly noticable but i have big ones on the inside of my knuckles so it hurts to bend my fingers and my finger tips hurt. More and more reappear in little groups each time and in new places on my fingers or hands. They look like tons of Warts but they don’t always stay so i dont think thats what they are.
Well, sometimes people’s hands break out due to like, getting grease on them, or if you work in a restraunt, doing dishes. I would consult your doctor.
