Plantar Warts: Best way to get rid of them?
What is the fastest and most effective way to get rid of them?
Indoor track starts in about a week, so I want to try to stay away from things that will require healing time so that I can run. Right now it’s too painful.
-Salicylic Acid
-Duct tape
-Apple cider vinegar
-Surgical removal/ curretage
-Liquid nitrogen
-Vaseline (?)
-Swimming (maybe cuz of the chlorine?)
-Any other suggestions?
I had one that was just excruciating back when I used to do step aerobics. I had it removed by a podiatrist who did laser surgery. VERY painful, but it’s never returned and was worth it for the relief.
