Wart Removal Dermatologist

Do I see a urologist or dermatologist for removal of genital Warts on my penis?

I have had 2 warts ~1/2 inch from the base of my penis for ~4 months now. One is ~1/8″ and oblong. The other is ~.05″ and is roughly circular. I have read on the internet that there are ~10 treatments for genital warts from freezing, to injections which I hear are extremely painful, to very potent chemicals that are applied for a brief period, to less potent chemicals that are applied for hours some with repeated applications, to even less potent lotions that are not washed off and on one site I saw an article alleging there is even a systemic oral medicine. I also read there is a chance of scarring and a chance of recurrence so I definitely want to make the right decision.
