About 1-2 months ago, i went to my doctor for a wart on the ball of my foot. She used liquid nitrogen on it and it seemed to help a little bit. Just the other day, she cut some of the dead skin off and froze it again. Since then it has swollen. The part around the dead skin has swollen and is not black and blue. IT hurts 10x worse.
I run track for my highschool. If i was to get it cut out by a podiatrist, how long would it be before i would be able to run track?
I recently suffered from the same problem..I had a terrible plantar wart on the ball of my heel, that shortly turned into two..my warts were extremely painful and for months I walked around in pain. I tried all kinds of the over the counter meds. Then one day I had a migraine and a friend gave me two Advil, Shortly thereafter I noticed I could actually walk on my foot pain free! Since I was now able to function without pain I continued to try and cure my plantar wart on my own…I tried everything in the book and although I could now bare the pain…the warts were still there and a third one was starting to form…
I decided I had no choose but to see a doctor even though I really didn’t want to… then one day I was out of my Advil (which was the worse, because without the Advil…I had the pain) So I had some eucalyptus oil (fyi- natural oil for pain and other things) that I used for my back pain and decided to try it on my plantar wart…well not only did it take the pain away, but it also killed the warts! All three of them! So now I am pain free and plantar wart free and I never had to bare the cost or dread of several doctor visits!
