what will cause a pain in one part of the ball of my foot but not planter wart?

in one spot on the ball of my foot i have a horrible pain when i put preasure on it but doesn’t feel like a Plantar Wart… what could it be? and how to get rid of it?

could be a neuroma. I would get it checked by a podiatrist.
