Plantar Warts Turning Black
Getting rid of a plantar wart?
my foot was hurting for a while and i finally showed my mom and she said it was a plantar wart. I’ve been putting salyic acid on it and a doctor scholls medicated bandages specially for plantar warts for the past two days. It turned the area white and today i noticed the spot had turned black, i took tweezers and removed the black part, it didnt hurt or anything. my mom said it would take two weeks for the wart to go away, is it possible that i just removed it myself?
What you removed was dead tissue and it could have been the wart. They go very deep into the tissue though, which is why they hurt so much. Get some Compound W and apply that to the wart too. The white skin is the skin that is dying from the chemicals so you want to make sure that you apply the chemicals only to the wart itself and not to the surrounding tissue. Some plantar warts have to be surgically removed. Good luck.
