What are the spots on my scrotum?
If I squeeze the smaller ones, a cottage cheese like substance comes out.
The bigger ones are harder but have had a mix of blood and whitish/yellow substance come out of them when dried or picked enough.
They have been there in some form for years.
I looked up molluscum, but its supposed to go away and/or spread to other places. Genital warts and HPV I think is supposed to be painful and appear on my actual penis.
Is there anything else it could be?
I do have very oily skin and someone said that could cause cysts. Are there any other possibilities?
Is this white substance possible with HPV or indicative of something else?
you really should go to the doctor. then you won’t have to guess what it is. better safe than sorry.
