Piercing help?
Recently, I had gotten very ill and I got an infection in my lungs, tonsils, and my monroe piercing. Normally, I would think to just remove the piercing. But, I had read that it needed to drain. So, after going to the doctor. I kept it in. Now, my lip seems to have consumed it. (For lack of a better word). The back has completely healed over. Making me unable to remove the piercing at all. My question is, which should I go to? My doctor (Who is an extreme Christian, and doesn’t agree with anything of my lifestyle. Including piercings. And, yes. Even when I asked for an HPV vaccination. He replies “Well, that isn’t a problem unless you’re having premarital sex. Which, the bible is against” Or, if I just don’t want a form of cervical cancer. Anyway, this is besides the point. Or should I go where I got my piercing done at for a removal? They might be more knowledgable on the situation, but I doubt as sterile. Any help would be great.
First of all I would find a new Dr, it is not his place to inform you of his beliefs! If you can nt go to a different Dr, you could visit te ER, I would not go back to the place where you gotit done, leave this one to the professionals!
