Horse Warts
I need advice on warts?
Any tips on killing warts or preventing them from growing.
I know that they are a virus therefore no antibiotics will work.
My horse had a wart on his leg which reached 5cmx2cmx3xcm (2.5cm=1inch) in size. I had it removed but it has started to regrow, i don’t want to have to get it removed again and again so i need like a wart solution.
I was going to go buy some normal human wart remover stuff..
If anyone has and suggestions on home remedies.
I’m not sure if it’s the same type of wart that young horses periodically get on their muzzles, but for those we use a mixture of bacon grease and iodine. Sounds weird, but a friend of mine decades ago gave me a mixture of it for my then 6 yr old AQHA mare who got them. I painted it on and they were gone within a week.
