Heal Warts Treatment

Bumpy Scarring?
This is kind of hard to explain. Well about 4 years ago, I got a cut on my index finger, on the top near my finger nail. I wouldn’t let it heal, and I kept picking at it. About three months later, it scarred into this pink bump about the size of a pea. The bump is still there. It isn’t as tall as a pea, but clearly rises from the surface of my finger. It is embarressing because it looks almost like a wart. I hide it from everyone. Everything I do with that finger, is descreet, and I have these tecniques so no one sees them. I am 15, and don’t want to spend a fortune on lazer treatment to get it removed, but is there any way I can:
1) reduce the redness
2) make the bump smaller
or 3) ultimatley get rid of it, without the high expenses.
please help!
Its just scare tissue that has built up. Go to ur local drug store and get some cream that is made to reduce scaring affects.
