warts on specific part?

i have had warts all my life, not contagious and only on my hands. i had most of them frozen off, and when i started taking some immune boosting stuff, the rest just disappeared!
so, now i have 2 back. on my middle finger of my left hand.
i know its due to my low immune system, but i was curious, is it any indication that its on my middle finger? does it relate to anything health wise? like having an itchy foot means something like liver stuff, i know i got it wrong, but thats generally what i mean.
