Foot Wart Removal Surgery
Wart removal surgery questions…?
I’m having it done monday and am scared to death. I’m being given ‘happy gas’ and am having warts excised from both feet. My doctor said it will bleed and hurt for days. How bad is the pain? I’m terrified, I’ve never been given happy gas or novacaine or anything.
I’m also concerned because he said there will be holes left in my feet, do they fill up?
They will hurt like a scrape would or a sunburn. The pain will not be terrible and tylenol should help take care of any discomfort. The “holes” fill in quickly as your feet heal and scab over – just like any other injury on your skin would. You will probably have to keep bandaids over the area for a while. You need not be scared to death.
