Warts on my horse’s eye.. please help!?

Ok so I have a Thoroughbred and he is very healthy just that he has got a wart on his eye and 2 vets has told me that they do fall off when ready but it’s been three months and nothing please help…

PS: its not cancer

If it hasn’t actually been examined by a vet, then you might want to have that done to confirm the diagnosis.
