Alternative Remedies for Genital Warts?

I was reading online that you can use some home remedies to rid the wart.

One was to use oil (vitamin E) and crushed garlic and cover with adhesive.

The other suggested using apple vinegar.

Has any one used any of this and did they work? Have you used any thing else?

I tried Aldera, but it caused me ALOT of pain and I not using it agian unless I have to. Please serious answers only. I am not alone in this, they are extremely common. If you are rude, you will be report. Trust and believe.

There are a number of different ways of getting rid of them. Aldera
sometimes works, but not always. Apple vinegar and garlic are sometimes suggested, but I’ve never seen any convincing evidence they work.

I think the best way is to freeze them off with liquid nitrogen. This is the method used by most dermatologists and sexually transmitted diseases clinics. It stings a bit, and it doesn’t always work first go, but it’s the method that causes the least discomfort overall, and is most effective. I suggest you contact your gynaecologist, dermatologist or local STI clinic.

Common Warts Vs Genital Warts

Cure HPV: Is There a Cure For HPV?

There is no cure for HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) despite what some drug companies may claim. However, while there may not be a cure, there are effective and safe ways to help the body naturally rid itself of the most common Sexually Transmitted Disease in America.

It’s true, the body will generally rid itself of the disease after a year or two. Although, while the body will naturally heal itself, millions of people use daily HPV supplements to not only improve their immune system, but also to help specifically target the disease using key, proven ingredients. As a result, those that use daily HPV supplements are generally able to suppress common HPV symptoms such as genital warts in addition to helping the body naturally rid itself of the disease more efficiently than waiting for the body to respond naturally.

Vaccines vs. Treatments

In 2006, the Food and Drug Administration approved a HPV vaccine which protects women against a majority of the HPV strains that lead to the development of cancer. A few years later, it was also shown that this vaccine could also help protect women against a variety of other cancers.

However, this vaccine is not a cure for HPV. There are still some strains of HPV which it does not protect against and it is currently only used for women. Unfortunately, men are also affected by HPV and currently do not have any means to protect themselves. Please note that if you are a woman and have received a HPV vaccine, you will still need to have regular PAP tests to ensure you are still healthy.

Treatments on the other hand, will not help protect you from developing the disease, but rather they will help you protect your body from the disease’s symptoms in addition to helping your body naturally rid itself of the virus. Furthermore, natural HPV treatments are often very affordable as they do not require a prescription, or a doctor’s visit.

However, you should consult with your health care provider prior to starting a daily supplement regiment especially if you are pregnant, are taking prescriptions medications, or have a diagnosed health condition. Although, the ingredients in all-natural HPV treatments are typically safe and do not produce any side effects.

The Immune System

Without a strong immune system, you are vulnerable to a wide variety of diseases and may have a hard time eliminating the virus from your body. This is why it is important that if you have HPV, that you follow a simple rule of thumb: eat better, exercise more and take a daily supplement.

Those able to improve their overall immune system in addition to using a daily supplement which contains ingredients that specifically target the HPV virus are generally able to experience a “cure” faster than those that simply wait for the disease to pass through their body. If you experience one of the common symptoms of HPV such as genital warts, there are also treatment options in addition to taking a HPV supplement such as having the warts frozen or burned off. However, removing these symptoms does not guarantee that the virus will be removed.

I was tested pos for HPV in July . The same month my bf and I (who I was with for a yr and 8 months broke up. I Just noticed my first outbreak today. Im scared and have an appt tomm at noon. I was tested while I was with him early on with hi mand tested neg for it then a yr later I tested pos. Is that a deff sign he cheated or is it poss it could have layed dormant in my system. Like i said I just noticed my first outbreak today , so I dont mean the actual warts to be dormant just the that I wasnt testing pos for it sooner…thanks to anyone who can help.
what r u talking out..i tested pos for the virus and this is my first apperance of warts ever. Of course it could be called an out break. please dont answer unless u know what ur talking about

HPV is not considered a “cheating” virus. It can lay dormant in your body for years. I’ve heard someone up to 5 years. It’s not even that it’s necessarily dormant but it’s just not strong enough to show on tests yet.
I know it’s a weird feeling because in the back of your mind you’re thinking why me? did he cheat? but this virus is a little sucker and pops up at the most inconvenient times it seems.
There is not a cure yet but they do say with a healthy lifestyle including no promiscuity, healthy diet, exercise often, and little to no stress you should be able to rid yourself of this by 2 years if not sooner.

You need to make sure any partner you have now you let them know you have HPV. Don’t be embarrassed it’s about 50% of sexually active women have or have had some form of it in their sexual life, and some don’t even know because it came and went with little to no symptoms. Men feel nothing and will have no symptoms and can not be tested. Some will have 1 or a few small warts if it’s low risk but all they can do for those is scrape them off. It’s the women that need to worry about getting treatment.
If you have High Risk HPV make sure you get your Pap’s every 6months now.
But being that you actually have warts i’m assuming it’s low risk and you need to go to your GYN and have them treated asap. They will scrape them out and get you back to normal. You may have to have this procedure done a few times but you must. It usually is pain free just a bit uncomfortable and will be for a few hours after. There are a few different ways for them to remove the warts it just depends on your severity and doctors choice. I would discuss your options with your GYN and bring your concerns and fears if any at that time and they will explain everything to you.

Good luck hun, and don’t stress out it’ll be ok.
