One of the most common ways to fight Warts is to improve the immune system. This can be done by consuming foods rich in vitamin C. Oranges and other citrus fruits are able to provide the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. The spinach is yet another important source. Taking natural supplements that contain vitamin C is also a viable solution. A dose that ranges between 1 and 5 grams proves to be very effective, even though this exceeds the recommended daily allowance which is of 60 grams.

Several mushrooms, out of which shiitake, reishi and maitake are the most popular, may be used as Natural Wart Removal remedies. These enhance the immune system, as well, but are believed to be more effective than vitamin C. Some health food stores provide supplements based on these mushrooms.

Aloe Vera represents another natural Wart Removal Remedy. The extract that is obtained from this plant may be used in many ways. Arm Warts
I have had planters Warts on my arm for almost a year now. How do I get rid of them?

I have an odd cure that truly does work. I have had warts on my feet and my son has had them on his hands and this really has helped. Clean the area where the wart is and then use a razor blade of some sort to remove the calloused area on and around the wart. Once it is removed clean the area again. Put a dab of salcyllic acid on the wart and then cover it with duck tape. It is best to do this at night and leave the tape on while you sleep. You will notice a difference the next day. Repeat as necessary until it is gone. Becareful with the razor so that you do not cut yourself.
